POLICIES

Item Availability

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you may proceed to pre-order your item like normal order. Please be informed that all completed pre-order transaction shall not be entitled for exchange to other products. Kindly refer our Shipping Policy for information on shipment and delivery of our products.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your HAUS Cosmetics purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. By purchasing from our online store you agree to our return policy in full, as listed below.

 

  1. Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund or store credit. 
  2. Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. 
  3. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. 
  4. Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return. Please mail your HAUS Cosmetics product return to:

HAUS Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged throughout shipping process by Courier Company.

 

Only products purchased on HAUS Cosmetics Malaysia Online may be returned for refund or store credit. If you are entitled to a refund or store credit, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of us receiving the returned the goods in their original condition. You will receive notification of your refund from us via email or whatsapp +60163325545.

 

Products purchased at HAUS Cosmetics Malaysia Online are not accepted for return at our Partnered Retail Stores.

Damage Policy

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via whatsapp at +60163325545. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone

SHIPPING

Order Processing and Shipment Preparation

All orders are processed and shipped via Standard Service and will be dispatched the next business day for standard delivery. (Depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding national / states holidays).

Order Delivery

Orders shipped via Standard Service are delivered within 3 - 5 business days (West Malaysia) and 3 -7 business days (East Malaysia) from the order's ship date.

Pre-Ordered Products

All pre-ordered products will be processed and shipped via Standard Service and will be dispatched within five business days for standard delivery. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding national / states holidays).

Shipping Limitation, Shipping and Handling Charges

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.

 

Shipping and Handling Charges of minimum RM8.50 will be applied to Standard Delivery Option to West Malaysia

 

Shipping charge of minimum RM10.50 will be applied to Standard Delivery Option to East Malaysia.
